Rachel Alejandro explains her latest single "Takipsilim" to PEP Spotlight.<br /><br />"It can be about somebody brokenhearted who is looking to the colors of the twilight, kasi yun ang ibig sabihin ng takipsilim, di ba, sa English?<br /><br />"Looking to the colors of the twilight to look for answers on how to get the person that they love back, di ba?<br /><br />"So parang it's a song of despair but also a song of hope. <br /><br />"But it can also apply to all of us right now that are struggling, coping with what's going on with the world right now. <br /><br />"Pero kasi dahil nga takipsilim siya, meron pang konting liwanag na natitira in the sky, which I think represents hope. <br /><br />"There is still a little bit of light left in the sky and I think that's what we need to hold on to. The hope that one day, matatapos din ito, di ba?<br /><br />"For us performers malaking bagay yan, kasi once na mawalan tayo ng pag-asa, yun na talaga.
